With 17 years of experience in behavior analysis and focused on changing the behaviors of individuals and working as a Chief Officer in companies, I learned that sometimes the best way to ensure a business is providing the best services and has the happiest, most dedicated staff is dependent upon the business's structure and leadership.
I began working with business owners and executives because I believe that burn out, stress, and disengagement happens due to individuals losing sight of their vision and the passion they had when they entered their field. I believe all goals are accomplishable, but most of us need a little help or nudge to keep us going or help us refocus on the big picture. With my background in psychology, behavior change, and business, I have the skills and compassion necessary to help any business owner or executive reach his or her goals!
Business Coaching is all about you!
The main goal of business coaching is to provide you with the support and accountability for you to reach your goals. We do this by focusing on the specific behaviors necessary for you to accomplish your goals.
Business coaching begins with a strategy session that focuses on idenfying your priorities, focusing on the most important ones, determining the best strategies to reach your goals, and establishing immediate action items that you will complete in the next week to move towards your goals.
Business coaching sessions typically last about an hour once each week. We can meet in person, over the phone, or online; whichever is best for you. All sessions begin with a check in about your week and your successes on your action items. We then focus on the next steps, identify barriers, and create "ah ha" moments to help continue your progress toward success! Every session ends with specific action items that will be completed before our next cocahing session.
Your business coach is there to provide you with accountability, focus, and direction as you determine which behaviors are necessary to reach your goals. Your coach may also provide you with consultation, training, education, and referrals about specific topic areas as you choose or as they are identified as necessary for the execution of your plan. Consultation and training may be provided individually to you within a coaching session or through workshops that you choose to attend.
