360 Surveys are designed to collect performance data about managers from those you manage and report to. Results provide information about the individual's specific performance as a manager and how well the individual manages and reports to staff within the organization.
Surveys are individualized for your business to reflect the most important measures and behaviors necessary to be successful in your organization. Results are compiled into three categories: those the individual supervises, those who supervise the individual, and the individual's own ratings. The results are reviewed only with the individual assessed.
Results identify unique strengths that can be leveraged as well as areas of growth the individual can develop into strengths. Coaches will work with individuals or teams to develop strategies and trainings to maximize strengths in all areas.
Trainings can be organized and implemented by your coach for individuals during one-on-one coaching or for teams.
